Yachting Trips
Last year we ran two cruising weekends from Largs (on the Firth of Clyde, Scotland) in Sunfast 37’s (37ft sailing yachts) with 8 people on each yacht. Each boat has a qualified skipper and a mix of experienced and beginner crew, this gives the beginners the opportunity to learn more about yacht sailing. Once we arrive at the Marina on the Friday evening we organise our respective boats ready for sailing on the Saturday morning and depending on the weather forecast, especially the wind direction and strength, the yachting coordinator assimilates a route for the weekend typically including visits around the Kyles of Bute through the Burnt Isles, north up the Clyde to the Holy Loch/Loch Long or across to Tarbert, Loch Fyne. We will be running similar trips this year.
